A panel of judges examined the submissions (without knowing whose work it was) and made their picks, which were revealed at a recent “EXPOSED: Top 100 Secret Artists of 2009” event held in the ArtWorks Project Space on E. Central Parkway. Results will be on display through Nov. 23.
